Bookings & Deposits All bookings are subject to availability.A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the event.A mandatory $350 setup and delivery fee applies to every booking. \2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations require at least 72 hours’ notice. If full payment is made, 50% will be refunded.Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable.Rescheduling is subject to availability and approval. \3. Weather & Safety Fire displays depend on safe weather and location conditions.Lit Letters reserves the right to postpone or stop displays when safety is at risk.Participation in the fire experience is at the customer’s own risk. Lit Letters TCI is not liable for accidents or injuries during the experience or photo sessions. \4. Location & Additional Services Customers must provide the exact event location and confirm required permissions.Dinner, food, beverages, décor, photography, and drone services are not included in displayed price. Must be arranged separately.Spelling and selection of Custom names, phrases, and numbers must be verified by the customer before confirmation. \5. They are perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, weddings, and other special celebrations. ### How far in advance should I book We recommend booking as early as possible or at least 7 days prior to secure your preferred date and time, especially during holidays, weekends, and peak travel seasons. ### Can I customize the letters to spell a name or special message? Absolutely! We offer customized names, numbers, and special phrases. Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or romantic occasion, we can help bring your vision to life.. ### How long do the fire letters stay lit? Fire letters are designed to create a dramatic, memorable display. The exact burn duration depends on the setup and conditions. In normal conditions the letters stay lit for approximately 20 mins.. ### Are fire letters safe? Our fire displays require careful planning, appropriate safety distances, and controlled operation. We assess the location, weather, and setup requirements before proceeding. Guests must follow all safety instructions. ### Can fire letters be set up at any beach or resort? Fire displays may be arranged at suitable approved locations. Permission from the property owner or resort may be required, and some beaches or resorts may restrict open flames. (We can make suggestions for locations) ### Do you offer photography and drone videos? Yes! Capture your special moment with our additional services. • Photography — $200 • Drone Videos — $100 Drone services are subject to weather conditions. ### Do your prices include dinner or celebration decorations? No. Our listed prices do not include dinner or celebration décor. These would need to be arranged separately. (We can recommend vendors) ### What happens if it rains or the weather is windy? Safety is our priority. Fire displays depend on suitable weather conditions. If weather conditions are unsafe, the display may need to be postponed or rescheduled. ### Can I surprise someone with a fire-letter display? Absolutely! Fire-letter displays are a beautiful way to surprise someone for birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, and milestone celebrations.
